My Specialities
My work is grounded in the belief that the brain and body can change. With the right support, healing is possible.
II specialize in mind-body approaches to chronic pain, insomnia, and anxiety. I use evidence-based treatments including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and somatic therapy to help clients better understand their symptoms and feel more in control of their lives. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
I have over fifteen years of experience working with adults, teens, and families. I offer therapy exclusively via Zoom, making care accessible to clients across Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester, and throughout New York State.
