My Specialities
My work is grounded in the belief that the brain and body can change. With the right support, healing is possible.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in chronic pain—exhausted, frustrated, and unheard. Years ago, I went through my own experience of persistent physical pain that didn’t respond to traditional treatments. It wasn’t until I discovered mind-body approaches, including Pain Reprocessing Therapy, that things finally began to shift. That personal journey deeply changed how I work as a therapist.
Today, I specialize in helping people move through chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, and postpartum stress—because I’ve lived through the uncertainty and isolation these struggles can bring. I’m trained in evidence-based approaches like Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and somatic techniques that help calm the nervous system and rewire the brain’s response to pain and stress.
Whether you’re navigating sleepless nights, physical discomfort, or the emotional weight of new motherhood, I’m here to support you with empathy, science-backed tools, and a deep belief that healing is possible.
I have over fifteen years of experience working with adults, teens, and families. I offer therapy exclusively via Zoom, making care accessible to clients across Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester, and throughout New York State.
"When I’m not in session, I’m usually wrangling three kids, escaping into a novel, or dragging my family up a hiking trail—sometimes all in one weekend."
