Let's Connect

Joseph’s work is grounded in evidence-based treatment, with a primary focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD and phobias. He works collaboratively with clients to help them build tolerance for uncertainty, reduce avoidance, and reengage with meaningful areas of life.

In addition to ERP, Joseph is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE), allowing him to address emotion dysregulation, trauma, and problem behaviors. His approach is structured and individualized, integrating research-driven interventions with a thoughtful understanding of each client’s goals and challenges.

Joseph is an adjunct professor who trains clinicians in evidence-based practice and provides supervision to developing therapists. He is a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and remains engaged in ongoing professional education and the OCD treatment community.

Clients describe Joseph as practical, warm, and highly collaborative. He enjoys working with high-achieving professionals, adolescents, and adults who value a clear, research-informed, and goal-oriented approach to therapy.
